A small practice by design
Laurel Grove Family Health is an independent, nurse practitioner–led clinic serving Riverbend and nearby communities since 2019.
Why we’re different
We keep our patient panel small on purpose. That means shorter waits, longer visits, and a provider who remembers your last conversation.
When you need a specialist, we coordinate the referral and follow up on the results, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Our team speaks English and Spanish, and we offer telehealth for medication checks and lab reviews.
